Neptune Ngorongoro Luxury Lodge

Our 7-day safari with Jaribu Africa Adventures was made even more special by our stay at Neptune Ngorongoro Luxury Lodge. The lodge provided a welcome respite after long days of game drives. The accommodations were excellent, the food was delicious, and the staff were incredibly attentive. A truly luxurious experience in a stunning location.

Neptune Ngorongoro Luxury Lodge has by far been the best hotel I have stayed at. The property is beautiful! Our Villa was spacious and comprised of a huge living are, yet again a huge bedroom and a beautiful balcomy overlooking the forest and farmlands. The staff were oh so welcoming, Gift and her beautiful smile. Mzee for setting up a romantic dinner table and the super cocktails:) and Daniel too! Chef Augustine, what can I say.. the meals were delicious especially the Indian breakfast surprise. We did use the spa/massage facility, it was much needed and relaxing after a 5 day Safari. We spent just a night here, if only we could spend another! Neptune Ngorongoro Luxury Lodge is the perfect place to end your Safari journey.

Great location and beautiful lodge for safaris! The staff, especially our waiter Mzee, are wonderful and we learned so much about the African culture. The food was delicious and the attention to details was evident in every way. Go to Tanzania!

Neptune ngorongoro hotel is the best hotel that i highly recommend for any one looking for a relaxing getaway in Arusha, Tanzania.It has the best views and environment ,the room were spacious and very beautiful i was amazed , the staff were incredibly welcoming special gratitude goes to Mzee Mzee very charming and a hardworking man i got to try his amazing drinks that impressed me alot.

Our travel agent, Born Free Safaris led by Alana, included this fabulous lodge when they planned our Tanzanian safari. It's hard to believe that such a large, luxurious, beautiful place is minutes from the entrance to the Ngorongoro Crater. We had our own 'cabin' which included a huge living area, a separate very large bedroom, large bathroom, and a lovely outdoor deck with seating and a table/chairs. The food and wait staff were both excellent. Views from the outside bar area and our rooms were extraordinary. Very very highly recommend!

This was a splurge reservation at the end of our ten days in Tanzania. What a treat that was-especially after struggling with Internet and other “missing” items at other properties. Everything about the Neptune property was first rate from the furnishings to the food to the convenience and the staff. Yes, the price point was higher than we normally spend but truly if you get what you pay for, the price seems justified. At Neptune we received what we paid for and then some!

I would say to anyone considering staying in this property think again, and move to another lodge unless you like to be harassed, kidnapped for 12 hours ( by locking the gate and not letting us go to Serenity four seasons till midnight when it was too late), Keeping me and my friend outside without a/c, food or water in the heat of Tanzania. Manager in Neptune Ngorongoro acted like he belongs to some criminal enterprises, thinking of nothing as racketeering, insults, threats, intimidations by sending his other gang members pretending to be police, causing my blood pressure skyrocket and nervous breakdown with crying all that time. Finally after reaching breaking point I started to fight back, by calling Expedia, American Embassy and other lodges in Serengeti where we were on the way to FOR HELP! This experience left a bitter taste about whole supposed to be nice vacation time across half of the world. I have been all over many continents, and seen good and not very, but in general hotels always trying to accommodate and resolve the problem. But this NEPTUNE NGORONGORO can't be even characterized ( the only things coming to mind is Torture chamber)
