Hollywood Casino & Hotel

Bed and pillow were comfortable room was clean but very dated lobby appeared dirty every chair. I want to sit down on look like it had been soiled multiple times was disgusting. Asked to check in two hours early since we arrived early and the room was ready they had to be greedy and charge us $15 for that I’ve never had another hotel ever do that Charged a $50 deposit basically in case we break or steal something I don’t think my address is the ghetto so I’m not sure why it would be assumed that I’m going to destroy their property was offended by that. The casino had almost no one working in there we didn’t go for the casino. We went for the concert venue, but we decided to walk through. It was a massive cave of cigarette smoke. They used to have a floor that was non-smoking and then I asked if they still did and they said no we have non-smoking in the back room, but you had to walk all the way through The smoking area, which was huge to get to it We have been looking forward to eating at the buffet, but that was closed down permanently poor selections for food choices one sports bar next time we’ll know not to stay at the hotel. We’ll stay at the Doubletree if we go to the Hollywood casino venue and we’ll eat out on the streets of Lawrenceburg. It look like there were quite a few nice restaurants there

The only complaint I have is we came down from the casino to grab our bags at 1055 and we were already locked out the room. The checkout time is 1100. It was easy for her to reset it but that was annoying!!

I had a delightful stay Property is clean and will maintain service was good. I would stay 100 times more.

Beds were very comfortable, room very clean, however hotel next to train tracks. Both nights we were there, hardly slept because numerous times in the night trains would sound their horns approaching and leaving the area.

It’s a very fun casino & the hotel was nice.

Hotel side of the casino is located right alongside freight train tracks. The noise when a train comes by is deafining. They only come a few times a day, but when they come at night expect to be jolted from bed from rumbling and horns

OVerall very happy with everything. One issue, there was a ton of noise outside our door around 2:30am. Not the staffs fault just very annoying.

Check in was slow. There was no elevator. Room was run down. I would not call this an 8

Staff was very friendly and helpful.
