"Will not go back"

Check in is 4PM not a minute before. Long line to check in and one desk clerk. If you are not in town for the Casino, don’t bother staying here. The AC sounded like a freight train. Not good if you like to sleep.

Grateful for the fact the room was available. Reservations for 4 adults, two towels in room . Stale smell as soon as you enter the building. We needed a place to stay so that’s what we did. Thanks for asking !

First room we got put in the AC nor refrigerator worked. When I asked about some sort of discount due to this, I was told “ I don’t know man. I just work here.” we were put in another room and after that everything was OK.

Only problems we encountered was there was only 1 elevator working and long lines to go up to room. We used the stairs to come back down to lobby.

The room could use some TLC as the carpet was bumpy and the drapes were hanging down on one side due to missing hooks. Everything seemed to work well and the beds were comfortable. Unfortunately it is not a quiet hotel due to the paper thin walls and the train running close to the hotel. There is no complimentary breakfast but free parking. It's a long walk to the casino and the enclosed walkway had a few spiders along the way. It could have used a good cleaning.
