المكان مخصص للهدوء ولكبار السن اكثر لان الفعاليا معدومة هدوء بمعنى الكلمة الطعام في المطاعم داخل المنتجع ليس جيد والشاطئ مرجاني

L'Hotel in se è perfetto, il personale è davvero preparato e cordiale. Camere e pulizia sempre al 100%, e per qualsiasi cosa il personale è sempre a disposizione per qualunque necessità i clienti hanno. Personalmente non ho trovato nulla da criticare, anzi è un Hotel che consiglierei per chi vuole stare in tranquillità e benessere, ma soprattutto rilassarsi senza stress quotidiano.

Personalmente nulla non mi è piaciuto, anzi sono rimasto MOLTO soddisfatto di tutto e ci ritornerò sicuramente.

Friendly staff, especially the Philippines ladies. Excellent breakfast in a nice restaurant. Grounds well kept . Airport transfers. Adult only.

Pillows on the hard side. Patchy WIFI around the pools. Hotel restaurants , we visited 2, both outside in Soho square.They were no more than average.So we ate at the Dinner buffet, The Tirana .The selection of food was ok but was lukewarm and almost cold at the table practically every night.I mentioned it to the Customer Services lady.Maybe the opening time 18:30, was too early to eat. We stayed between 02/02/2026 and 26/02/26). On 19/02/26 at 0730 we had a cockroach in our bathroom.(Photo attached) .It came from the drain area under the bathroom sink.Our room was quickly changed. We extended our trip By 1 day on the 25/02/2036.And for context,we were quoted a price of US dollars 500.10 At these prices you expect The highest level of Hygiene.As we had been in our room since the 2nd February it was highly likely that we lived with vermin for over 2 weeks.A sobering thought.

We chose Royal Savoy Sharm El Sheikh for our honeymoon, and our 5-night stay was truly an unforgettable experience. We would like to sincerely thank the entire team for their hospitality, kindness, and warm approach throughout our vacation. From the very first moment we arrived, Mr. Ahmed at the reception welcomed us warmly and showed great care to make our honeymoon as special and comfortable as possible. His professionalism, friendly attitude, and sincere hospitality made us feel truly valued. We would also like to give a special thank you to Islam at the pool area. He was always smiling, attentive, and full of positive energy, making our time by the pool even more enjoyable and relaxing. A heartfelt thank you as well to the chefs and all the restaurant staff. The food was absolutely delicious, and everyone was incredibly kind, attentive, and welcoming. They made us feel special and appreciated during every meal. We would also like to especially thank the housekeeping team. Our room was cleaned perfectly every day, every detail was thoughtfully prepared, and their effort to make our stay comfortable was clearly noticeable. The atmosphere of the hotel, the quality of service, cleanliness, beach, and overall experience exceeded our expectations. However, what truly made this honeymoon unforgettable was the sincerity and kindness of the people working there, who made us feel genuinely happy, relaxed, and cared for. Thank you once again to the entire Royal Savoy team for giving us such beautiful memories. We are leaving with unforgettable moments and wonderful feelings, and if we return to Sharm El Sheikh one day, our choice will definitely be Royal Savoy again.

The staff were very supportive, friendly, and welcoming throughout our stay. The resort was clean, relaxing, and had a beautiful atmosphere.

The room stayed a bit warmer than expected, as the AC was not cooling below 23°C. The pillows were also a bit uncomfortable, and the blanket felt a little heavy and warm.

В этот раз было плохое обслуживание у бассейна со стороны официанта. Почти не подходили, приносили заказы с ошибками. Также бронировали на вечер столик в морском ресторане, забронировала через ресепшен, но специально зашли туда днем и попросили столик с видом на море в основном зале, где вечером играет живая музыка. В итоге посадили на террасе в стороне, за соседним столиком сидела молодая семья с ребенком. Весь ужин слушали 12-13 серий мультфильма и детский плач. Ужин был испорчен, даже вино заказывать не стали, просто перекусили и сбежали. Очень жаль, что персонал не слышит пожелания гостей.
