Royal Savoy Sharm El Sheikh

Well maintained resort. Grounds immaculate. Very clean, great, kind, cheerful staff. By Canadian standards i would rate this resort 3.5. The rooms could use some upgrading, but still very clean. The beach is full of lawn chairs so packed in like sardines. The food at the resort ok. Great value overall for the price you pay.

The staff were amazing really thoughful always knew what we needed and were on it. The VIP beach area is amazing, a real treat, we felt so looked after, ahmed and his team have really got this. The room was fantastic really spacious but the balcony was something else, huge! we loved it, thankyou

lighting in the room took a little bit to work out, second day there was an oil spill at sea, totally nothing to do with the hotel, but the efect was that it came in to the swimming area and most importantly the reef. It pushed in a huge herd of jelly fish (that were not harmfull at all and then killed them when they had nowere else to go. A real shame, when so muchj work is done to protect the reef, a careless boat has caused chaos. This is a magic hotel, you clearly put so much work into making it a market leader, shame some idiots in a boat have caused the only blemish on this revue.

The journey with Royal Savoy was exceptional. I wholeheartedly recommend it to all my family and friends. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 My wife & i would like to express particular appreciation to Michael and Poulina from the Reception Team, as well as to Ahmed from the Italian restaurant, for their exceptional kindness and assistance.

La chambre (nous avions une suite avec jacuzzi au Royal Savoy), literie au top, très propre, très bien insonorisé. L’hôtel en général, beaucoup de restaurants, nombreuses piscines, le fait qu’il y ait un côté Royal Savoy (sans enfants) et Savoy. La qualité du ménage, les petites attentions en chambre etc… La plage avec des coraux juste au bord. Le personnel des piscines très efficaces, du ménage et des cuisines. Les salles de sport sont vraiment quali également.

Le personnel parfois peut souriant malheureusement… Tous les restaurants ne se valent pas, le restaurant buffet de l’hôtel vraiment pas terrible, les autres restaurants sont biens.

tutto meraviglioso si è presentato un problema durante il nostro soggiorno ma grazie alla disponibilità ed alla gentilezza di mr. Mamdouh il relation guest manager la nostra vacanza è tornata ad essere meravigliosa.

Unico consiglio potrebbe essere migliorare il ristorante a buffet che non è sicuramente all'altezza del resto della struttura ma la scelta dei ristoranti alla carta ripaga il tutto
