Welcoming staff who let us arrive early and leave the car in the car park. The room was clean and comfortable. The bathroom was clean. The breakfast was great, freshly cooked. Good bus link into central Bath, definitely stay again when in the area.

The overhead rain shower was adequate but not great for washing your body. Suggest an additional rail shower head. The curtains were great for blocking out the light but because they were long they also blocked the heat from the radiator, suggest shorter curtains. The TV was un-watchable the screen just pixilated all the time, mentioned this to staff when we were leaving, told they would look into it.

A lovely feel to the place. Suited our needs for somewhere to stop on our journey. Appreciated breakfast being served until 11.00 and check out not until 11.00. Staff were very friendly.
