Great service nothing too much trouble

Mould on shower Lumpy bed.......

Rooms were fine, a little dated but unpleasant to be in.wifi was a bit hit and miss in our room but we wasn't there to be on the Internet. Overall a very nice stay and would return.

We booked into this Hotel as my husband was attending a Super Car driving experience the day after. The staff were very friendly and it was quite busy as there were looks of people having Sunday lunch. We checked in and were shown to our room. The room was very nice with tea and coffee facilities, sweets, biscuits and a bottle of water. The room was very warm at night but luckily there was a fan provided. The food was lovely although the beer was quite expensive compared to what we are used to.

Room was large, usual tea, coffee etc. breakfast was ok. Staff we met were very helpful.

Booked a double room but was given a twin room. Had to be in the shower when turned on otherwise it flooded the bathroom, overall impression was small room and bathroom, OK for 1 night but wouldn't want to stay longer.

The food in the hotel was excellent and rooms were also very nice, good location for a short journey into York and we will use the hotel again in the future.

The service from the hotel was exceptional as I had informed them we may be late and they couldn't have been more helpful. The only downside is that it was a spectacularly hot weekend and the light was so clear through the curtains/blinds. We woke early button the upside, breakfast was fab!!!

Just stayed for one night as attending a wedding. everything we needed including the complimentary bottle of water. We would love to stay here again when in York. Breakfast had a good menu and the hot food stayed hot.

Stayed for 1 night only at the windmill. Staff were very helpful and the rooms were very clean. We had an evening meal and we all enjoyed the food. At breakfast the waitress looked after us very well. Next time we are in York we will definitely be staying here again.
