"Great Service!"

We had an excellent stay at the hotel. It was good for the price and we enjoyed our stay. The only problem we had was with Air conditioner, it did not work very well.

"Awesome service, awesome stay"

"Convenient location, nice and helpful staff"

I had booked this hotel expecting a simple, very clean place, conveniently located to visit V&A Waterfront and depart to the multiple tours we had planned. The hotel fulfilled that but also offered very convenient location sureounded by small places to dine, shop, drug store, barber shop and others which were good to have around. Staff was very helpful.

"Last minute accommodation, friendly staff"

Parking a problem! Hotel a bit scruffy and tatty in places. We asked for a double bed, and my husband and I got two twins, although they did try accommodate us on another floor, although this was not next to our children (as requested) The lift was very noisy, and it was difficult to sleep when it was in operation (our room was right next door to the lift). Area a little run down.
