Clean spacious room

Room smelled terrible. Surfaces and floors dirty. Door to room had to be slammed to get it to shut. Bath tub broken. A review in July mentioned leaking pipes in the main hall. Three garbage cans are still positioned in that hall to catch dripping water. Ice machine still broken. Also reported in a July review. Pet fee high considering condition of hotel

Very clean room. Very spacious

The front desk person clearly was not loving their job, but they were dealing with a couple of difficult people ahead of us, so I do understand that a bit. Our room was not cleaned well as evidenced by the toe nail clippings on the floor between the beds.

The property is generally clean. But housekeeping cleaned and vacuumed too early in the morning. I was trying to rest and i could not sleep past 0730.also the hairdryer did not work. Staff made it sound like i did not know how to turn it on. I fix small appliances and turning that on was not possible. The lampshade was cracked in several places. Otherwise, staff was friendly and helpful. There should be do not disturb signs in the rooms. However housekeeping did not attempt to clean my room at all. No knock on the door at all. Rates are competitive and location is good.

Needed a last minute place to stay and not only was the price affordable but the hotel room was nice and clean. Good breakfast, too....

Disappointed! It could be a very nice place with some routine maintenance. 3 out of 5 laundry machines did not work. 1 of the 2 elevator buttons for 3rd floor appears to have been out of service for some time. There was a bucket for a leak with a tile out of the ceiling in the main hallway. The window in my room had lost its gas and could not see out of it on one side. The bathroom vanity and mirror needed some paint touchup. The mattress was worn out or cheap because you could feel the springs. Ice maker on our floor out of order. Robe hook broken/ missing on bathroom door. Staff was very polite and pleasant. The room was clean. Breakfast was ready at 5 and adequate. Shower pressure good and the water was hot.
