"Another good stay at the park grand need to improve towels and power sockets"

A 2 night stay to attend a family funeral, the price of the room was great value, the front of house staff were friendly and accommodating, the bed was comfortable and the shower was really good, so it hits all the essentials, the bad would be the towels are hopeless thin and small, the power socket bank in the wall was flimsy the usb socket didn’t work and they are no power points or chargers at the bedside tables

"Clean, comfortable but fell short"

Check in was very quick and easy. The staff were welcoming and pleasant. My room was clean and comfortable.

The bathroom smelt strongly of stale cigarette smoke and other guests were leaving their doors to slam shut throughout the night leading to a very disturbed sleep.
