not very clean towels, breakfast could be more convenient to start at 6.30

Thank you to Monica who was very helpful for us during our stay and allowed us to leave plenty of bags with her after checkout.

Below average rooms, bathrooms are just acceptable, location good, parking inadequate. Staff try and help as much as they can but the hitel needs to be refurbrished. Recomended; NO

AC was too cold with no capacity for guest to increase the temperature. The location was on a busy noisy cross road, no garden or trees

Perfect location

The space to drive your car into, family dropped us off and it was a very tight squeeze

Stayed on the 3rd floor, the room itself was okay but quite dated - all furniture was dark brown wood, the TV was probably at least 12 years old, it did the job but looked very old. There was an ironing board in the room but no iron - no documentation in the room, so nothing about whether you had to hire an iron or about food offerings. The air conditioning did not cool the room, it was close to uncomfortably warm and it was only 12C outside. The food offering was indian buffet as far as I could tell, which we didn’t fancy. The website said “savour a variety of snacks and lounge meals from the bar menu” but when I asked at the bar I was given the impression I was ridiculous for asking as the restaurant is visible from there and they do not do food at the bar. Would recommend if you pay a fair price but don’t expect to be surprised by the accommodation.
