I had a wonderful 5-night stay at Park Grand Heathrow from April 24 to April 29. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and very well maintained throughout my visit. The staff were welcoming, professional, and always ready to help with anything I needed. The room was spacious, quiet, and perfect for relaxing after long days out. I especially appreciated the comfortable bed, good housekeeping service, and convenient location close to Heathrow Airport and public transport. Check-in and check-out were both smooth and efficient. I would definitely recommend Park Grand Heathrow to anyone visiting the area and would happily stay here again in the future.

Good location with convenient bus / rail/ taxi to and from Heathrow airport. Nearby restaurants that are open late. Room okay and staff, especially Felanie, helpful. I would stay there again.
