"Overall I enjoyed my short stay everything starts at the front door"

I like the check in and over night representatives they were extremely professional and mature

I didn't like the check out staff they were extremely loud and unhelpful especially the desk clerk my purpose for writing is to ensure better customer service from the beginning to the end I have been a manager and image is everything each staff member is representing a brand

Closeness to other areas I wanted to go.

Room smelled musty an stale. No shampoo or body wash in containers. Good thing I brought my own. AC was filthy needed a good cleaning had dust an what looked like lint buildup. It hardly worked at all. The wall around the elevator button was all broke an crumbling. The hallways stunk. Carpet needed a good cleaning.

"Overall good stay. Traffic getting there was bad."

Breakfast was good. Beds were comfortable. A/C worked good. Staff was friendly.

Chairs in breakfast area were stained. Maybe steam clean. Hallway was damaged with holes. Room entry was a little tight for being handicapped accessible.
