"Unauthorized Charge on credit card"

I was going to leave a 4 star review but I noticed they charged me twice and front desk won’t refund even though I have a receipt that I paid booking.com. I gave them a card for a deposit and they charged me for the room after Booking already charged me and wouldn’t hear me out. I’m in touch with corporate right now. And with that, now for the review that I wasn’t going to leave but for the worker at the front desk when we first checked in. So drapes are torn, tile coming up in bathroom, room stinks, old dingy, carpet dirty, bed uncomfortable and no side table, breakfast is terrible.
