Wingate by Wyndham Bossier City

Hotel is close to the convention center where all my meetings took place. The staff are excellent but the hotel is in desperate need of repairs and updates- mostly cosmetic.

It was good location

The first room the bed wasn’t made. The second room the toilet didn’t work

We didn't have breakfast at the hotel.

The lady who was with me wanted to go elsewhere for breakfast.

OLD AND UNCLEAN. Front desk staff accommodating. Should have NEVER have been an option for our conference.

I was extremely disappointed with my stay. There was mold on the light fixtures, and the drawers would not close properly unless paper towels were placed in the corners. The bench in the room had multiple stains that appeared to be blood, which was very concerning. There were also visible cracks in the corners of the walls, and the elevators felt unsafe and shaky. Overall, the condition and cleanliness of this hotel were unacceptable. I would not recommend staying here.

This MOTEL, is absolutely horrible. Extremely dirty, the rooms were filthy. This hotel was apart of room of a large conference in Shreveport and if I would have known that this hotel was this dirty I would have never looked twice. Wyndam properties are generally decent properties. This motel is absolutely not suitable due to the mold, dirty linen, filthy microwave in the room, the remote was covered in some type of sauce, broken toilet seat and the vents in the bathroom/unit were full of dust dirty . Disgusting hotel
