Close to everything, great staff

The taxes were included in booking price. I was charged the taxes a second time by the property.

The staff was good and the breakfast was amazing the hotel overall was excellent

Late check out even through the sent me a link to express checkout with the option to pay extra the didn't allow because I was not a member

Bed was comfortable. Staff was exceptionally helpful and personal.

They act as though we wanted to steal towels! It was me , husband and my grand baby and we didn’t have enough towels for her but we had to had used the first 2 sets in order to get some extra towels

I like the pleasant staff that was on duty at the initial check -in. The employee (sorry, didn’t get her name) was friendly, polite, customer service etiquette.

The stale smell in room, no hand soap/wash; the shower /bath wash empty. Towels & sheets can be fresh ( no fresh /clean scent) . Not enough towel supply in the room. No full roll of tissue . Toilet handle makes it hard to flush. Bathroom floor needs to be cleaned and add a sealant, lacked shine .Torn lamp shades and window shade. Rooms need to be updated. The day of check-out, went down to get luggage cart, by the time came back to go back in the reserved room, card was disabled to get back in. I went back to front desk ;the employee on duty at that time (6a hour) , reactivated the card. I asked was if a reason for that, the reply was “I don’t know, they can be senisitive”. Up until then, I had no issues with card being sensitive, accessing in . I took my luggage to vehicle, came back in; card was deactivated to get in lobby. So annoying. While still at the hotel a couple other guests cards did the same. It’s possible this was manually done. So annoying.

I booked the room who was visiting from TX he enjoyed the breakfast 😋 and said it was in a great location, close to I 20 and stores.

Nice room: spacious, clean. Has an elevator. Plenty of parking spots. We traveled to different states and cities, stayed in many hotels, this one seemed a bit expensive compared to the quality ratio and location. But they have good breakfast - there are hot food options (for example scrambled eggs, pancakes). Check-in at 11 pm wasn't a problem.

The reception and dining room are nice, but the carpets in the corridors and the room design are a bit old-fashioned. There is a deposit fee (returned within 1 week). Breakfast time is early (check-out until 11 am, breakfast until 9:30, don't be late because they were turning off the machines a few minutes before the end).
