Absolutely loved all the staff. Butlers are amazing. Absolutely stunning views. Pool is amazing and drinks kept flowing.

The beach is beautiful

Food was marginal at best. Low quality alcohol, NOT top shelf! Way to structured and many facilities closed at 6 pm!!! Staff was very friendly and tried hard!

Excelente place. So beautiful . Amusing place. A real paradise. One f the best place in the word.

Quite tired and in need of upgrading

Expectations were higher considering the cost. Our building 7 experienced power outage occasional loss of elevator usage and noisy AC fan. Staff was okay some seem dismissive.

The property was excellent my bad review is for RBC travel Our flight only went to Nassau we needed to fly in to Exuma. We had to scramble to get another flight to our destination as well as a return flight to Nassua. Our expectation when we booked was we would get to our destination. I am expecting to be reimbursed for the cost of these extra flight!!!

The building flood out every day, therefore there was a puddle of water in front of the elevator and lobby area every day! My fiancé and I do not eat pork and was limited to eating fish every day and lamb (served only at dinner) because the menu was predominantly pork products.

Toilet leaked and they fixed it but the toilet next door was leaking and soaked our clothes in a bag hamper in closet. A/C quit one night. Bed was very hard. Full set of fresh towels were hard to come by. Quiet pool was nice. Main pool's music was extremely loud. Beach n ocean were great. Staff was nice. Food was okay.

The property is nice. We paid for ocean front butler suite but were put on the very end with the more the half the view blocked by the adjacent property pine trees separated by an old chain link fence. Was able to get move the next day to a much better view. Had a water leak from the ceiling the whole stay but we just kept a towel there to keep it from pooling up. Wasn’t worth another move. Our butler was very hard to get ahold of for reservations or drinks but we’ve got legs so we just took care of it ourselves. All in all it was a nice place. Good food. Courteous staff. We won’t go back but for the area I think it’s worth staying. Maybe not for the price we paid but if yiu can get a deal.
