Nice place and friendly staff. Put breakfast on half an hour early for us

There are no clear cut instructions of where to park so I had to pull in to ring reception. The bathroom door was black and rotting at the bottom as the bathroom is a very small wet room. Getting around the bed to the window is a very narrow gap between the bottom of the bed and the wall. Bed must have been years old as it was very very uncomfortable

Cramped bedroom. Clean apart from a filthy stained carpet in the bedroom. A very poor breakfast. No bacon, sausage or freshly cooked eggs or tomatoes.

Easy to get to and from the freemans hospital. Basic but clean and tidy and very friendly

Decent hotel, friendly, clean and confortable. Small and quiet it is good value for money and it fitted perfectly with our need. Non meat continental breakfast was well presented and tasty, super ised by willing and efficient staff. We’d be happy to return.

Comfortable, quiet, warm and very friendly. My only gripe is the lack of electrical sockets by the bed.
