Please note that all the hotel's restaurants and bars are only open during the winter season. I really enjoyed my stay. The room was beautiful and very comfortable, the service was outstanding, and the staff were incredibly kind and welcoming. I also really appreciated the room upgrade — it made the experience even more special.

"Excellent"

La chambre très propre et confortable. Le petit déjeuner exceptionnel.

Seul bémol à 23 heures c'était très bruyant la musique à fond qu'on entendait. Très difficile à s'endormir.

Very welcoming staff. Fantastic room with views of the Matterhorn. Wonderfully appointed room and great hotel facilities, really enjoyed the pub.

Great location from the train station. Good choice of food for breakfast, self service and menu choices. Very friendly and efficient staff in all areas of the hotel.

The temperature in the room was a little hot and not easy to adjust
