Excellent hospitality, good spa

I can't Thank the staff enough! I left my ring, that was moms in the room after we checked out. The staff found it and put it in the safe for me until I could take train back from Montreux to pick it up. I was just sure I would never see it again. So grateful for the honesty and care.

Aussergewöhnlich freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal! Vom Reinigungs-Personal, übers Service-Personal zur Rezeption nur sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal erlebt! Das Zimmer war sauber und schön!

Bei unserem Zimmer war gegenüber eine Bar die recht lange Betrieb hatte.

Our stay in Unique Post Hotel in Zermatt was very special from the very 1st moment. We were picked up at the railway station and welcomed at the reception by very friendly and professional team members. We even received room upgrade! And the room was fantastic. Let me tell you this, I couldn't dream about the better place for my birthday. Nothing was too much trouble for the team members. They were always smiling and willing to help (reception, restaurant, housekeeping, Spa). And the food! Delicious and high quality. We enjoyed every bite. We also relaxed in the Spa and it was amazing. You can imagine how sad we were on our last day. But once again team members made it enjoyable as we had lovely ride to the train station with a fantastic and super friendly driver. Would come back anytime!

The room was beautiful and cozy, and so tastefully decorated in a sophisticated but rustic chalet style! Enjoyed the balcony too, even though we didn't have a view of the Matterhorn. Will request this the next time I book. The spa was lovely, we had it to ourselves as it was low season (late April). The breakfast was delicious and so varied and tasteful, and the staff were attentive and friendly. We really appreciated the staff at reception too, both at check-in and check-out. I'd like to mention that Ayan was exceptionally friendly and helpful! We loved the fact that the hotel has some cool bars both in and outside, as well as a great club just downstairs! It was our first time at the Unique Hotel Post (though not the first time in Zermatt) and would definitely stay here again. Thank you for making our stay so memorable and enjoyable!

The only comment I would have is the "open" bathroom , just behind the bed, which doesn't offer much privacy. But at least the toilet is private.

Sehr stylische und gemütliche Zimmer, hervorragendes Bett! Das Personal war stets bemüht und hilfsbereit, und wir haben im Restaurant La Vivanda sehr gut gegessen. Leider hatten wir keine Zeit, das Spa zu erkunden - dieses wäre aber bestimmt auch ganz toll gewesen!
