Marina Elite

Fantastic views over the ocean. All staff generally pleasant and helpful. Room was well appointed but bits of it looked a little tired. Hotel is essentially set across two sites, with a road in between. Depending where your room is you can be faced with a fair walk uphill and then a lift to get to your accommodation. Food was OK. Several food theme nights which were quite pleasant although on BBQ night we found our chicken not cooked. There are snacks available all day by the pool bar. Nice food but the same every day. Evening meals and lunches were ok but every breakfast was chaos. No matter what time we sat down for breakfast the dining room was so busy it was often difficult to find a table. There were also only 2 coffee machines making for very long queues ( I appreciate the hotel may have been very busy). Overall a good stay

Nothing is too much trouble. 5th visit and wont be my last. Lovely apartments. Delfin pool Lovely Lovely ramp and rail for easy entry . 1.4 m not too deep. Yes there's stairs but the views are worth every step. Jalila always got a mile and makes time to speak . All reception staff lovely. Actually all staff smiling happy and helpful. Food good variety lots to choose from. Once again thankyou to all marina staff and see you again im sure

Långt att promenera till anfi beach och även restaursnger

I was quite sceptical going there as so many negative reviews. But honestly our stay was amazing. Food was good, staff great, entertainment ok, apartment tidy and spacious, nice lager on draft. Only downsides I'd say is the beach next to the hotel which isn't really a beach as there no access to the sea (no problem as there's another one just 10min walk away) and the kids play area could do with some improvement. Other then that especially for that price- perfect

The view of the ocean from the room is fabulous. The activities manager and pool staff were super kind, entertaining and always had a smile on their faces.

The cleanliness of the hotel was appalling. Any infestation, hair all over the bathroom despite cleaners coming in. Food marking smudges access the walls. U clean gunk coming out of the juice dispensers. It was BAD. no where near a 4 hotel.

Good location between resorts, so quiet and relaxing . Had a front sea view room which was wonderful. Restaurant food was good, always fresh. Lovely to see the properties cat policy.. they are well looked after and are part of the family

The main lift was not working which meant carrying suitcases up lots of steps Busy lines at coffee machines at breakfast, you need to time it right otherwise the restaurant gets very crowded.

We had an absolutely wonderful 10 day stay at Marina Elite and I wish we were still there! Our room was big, clean, had a sea view and all the facilities we needed (my only tip would be to bring your own mug if, like me, you like a big cup of tea in the morning!!) The food was brilliant. Every day there was a good selection of different salads and fruits. Family friendly staples like pizza, pasta and chips. On top of that most days there was a different roast meat, a nice rice dish and fish. At breakfast a good choice of continental and cooked options. It does get busy in the restaurant but we never had a problem getting a table. The restaurant staff were friendly and really efficient at cleaning the tables ready for the next person. We also went to two of the theme nights and enjoyed trying some different Canarian food and over-ate the Mexican buffet! We used the top, family, pool and it was lovely. We enjoyed the aqua fit and Zumba sessions. The food in the pool cafe was reasonable if we had missed lunch. There were two excellent circus shows for evening entertainment while we were there which we enjoyed and we played bingo a couple of times. This was plenty of evening entertainment for my family. The staff at the bar were friendly and generous with the measures! The hotel, like a lot in the area, is build into the hill so it was a bit of a walk from the beach to the top pool but there are lifts and it's good exercise - we didn't have an issue with it. There are also some very friendly and well looked after cats to play with on the way! The location was great. It was an easy walk around the coast to Anfi and we did that several times. We also walked further on one day to Aguiniguin. From Anfi we took the boat taxi to Puerto Rico and Mogen. We also caught the bus from outside the hotel a couple of times which was easy and cheap. As long as you don't mind a little bit of walking up and down steps (or waiting for the lifts) and are good at waiting your turn in a buffet queue instead of trying to push in front of people I couldn't recommend the hotel more highly

Gode senge, stort værelse og balkon med havudsigt. Gode buffeter og meget at vælge imellem, vi havde all inclusive. Flinkt personale i receptionen.

Beliggenheden er noget kedelig. Også rundt om hotellet. Det positive er, at det ligger tæt på Anfi stranden. Og så kunne der godt være noget underholdning om aftenen også i januar, da jeg har hørt, at det er der på andre årstider.
