"It was convenient, love the room away from the inside loved it, hated the fact they the hotel said they would charge us"

The buffet was amazing. Rooms were beautiful!

The staff looked mad, they either ignored me, were rude or never at the desk, only one guy that worked Christmas Eve wearing a Santa suit was nice and helped us and was nice

The location was perfect, just walking distance from stores and restaurants at the main street. Pool is perfectly located inside. Rooms were clean and beds are very comfortable.

The staff was friendly and helpful. They let us check in early which was very nice!

The website both on booking.com and the hotel didn’t mention that there was a pet deposit. I made sure to put it on both websites but didn’t know until I was checking in and they saw the dog. I don’t mind paying the deposit but it would have been nice to know that when I booked the room.
