The hoyel was clean, very friendly service, free parking on premises and had a great breakfast. Just the rooms need desperate updating, as they are still in the 70's.

The residence hotel and apartments was a great space to stay for our one day trip to Grindelwald! We were provided vouchers for free public transportation at check in, with a convenient bus stop right outside the hotel. Not to mention beautiful views in every direction outside the hotel!
Other guests were loud and nothing could be done.

The room was very nice with fantastic views and a small balcony. They gave us an upgrade since they had extra rooms. We ended up staying two more nights.
This place was PHENOMENAL! The woman working was a rockstar. She gave us a free upgrade with beautiful views of the Eiger, she gave us great advice on how to get places, she made, served and cleaned up the best breakfast I've ever had- and she did this for every guest in many languages with a smile on her face! I was so impressed with her and this lovely hotel. I don't know her name but she had long brown hair and was amazing.
