We like the location

We have stopped before this time really disappointed with the room very small and bathroom needs upgrading black mould in quite a few areas in shower on doors and on shower head.

Nice village, friendly staff

Church across from The Bell rings its bells every hour on the hour during the night. Breakfast was a bit slow.

The bed was comfortable and I had a great night's sleep.

The stairs up to room are narrow and steep. Whilst the bedroom was clean, the bathroom, especially the shower cubicle was dirty. There was no tea or coffee left in my room which I didn't notice until arriving back after an evening out, in need of a bedtime cuppa. The hot food at breakfast was amazing but the "continental " selection was boxed cereal only, and there were no bowls or spoons. The service was slow and the waiter was indifferent. We handed our keys in and no interest at all as to how our stay was.

Ci siamo fermati solo per una notte, ma ci siamo trovati molto bene. La camera è carina, il contesto meraviglioso, un piccolo villaggio da fiaba. La colazione buona, c' è un parcheggio privato sul retro dell'hotel.

Il wifi non funzionava. Ci siamo trovati lì nei giorni particolarmente caldi e la stanza non è attrezzata per questo.

Rooms very clean and up to date decor, good in-room facilities. Breakfast and evening meals very good and service excellent. Staff all very helpful. Superior rooms are certainly superior!

Perhaps a bit wider choice for breakfast - fruit option? The heated towel rail in the bathroom was on constantly which didn't help as we were there during a spell of hot weather. If all the rooms are like this it must cost a fortune in electricity - some switches to control them?

Very clean and comfortable. Pub is lovely. Cooked breakfast was very good. Lovely, picturesque village.

WIFI wouldn't work in the room. We were in a downstairs room, the upstairs floorboards were very creaky and noisy which was distracting. We were expecting a choice of cooked and continental breakfast, but other than cereal and toast, it had to be cooked breakfast.

Great location in a lovely village. The bar & restaurant area was very nice and the food was good. The staff were excellent and very accommodating.

The bedroom decor was dated. The shower was grubby with black mould on the hose. The main shower head wasn’t fitted properly and sprayed everywhere. We decided not to use the shower at all. The plumbing noises from the adjacent room sounded like Nigeria Falls.

Connessione wifi non funziona

The whole country feel. Easy to get too AND there was free parking. The food was great and the room spacious with massive bath and shower.

The matress was a bit hard...but then again, you can't please everyone. Still slept ok.

Great location just outside Redditch, nice quiet village, lovely warm evening and sat on the Village green with a pint. Excellent breakfast, the wifi was down, but the staff gave me access to their private system.
