Great service and breakfast, hotel is nice just in need of a little tlc. Few little things, especially bathroom just a little tired. Everything is clean and bed is comfortable.

Of the available hotels in Giffnock, this was the cheapest so our expectation wasn't high. We were pleasantly surprised! The rooms are a little dated and in need of a refresh and VERY hot, but were well maintained with excellent room amenities. The public areas (bar & restaurant) were nice and cosy and the staff were very pleasant. Would likely stay again if in the same area.

comfortable nights sleep, food is okay, just need the chef to know how to cook steaks. Haggis Bon Bons were excellent

Pillows a bit hard Wi Fi was confusing

It was clean and basic, the walls were thin, the cookies were a nice touch.

Very nice friendly place to stay for a very reasonable price.
