Alcoa Inn

We picked it first because it was supposed to be 6.3 miles from Pigeon Forge TN. It was 50 minutes in reality. It showed free breakfast. None. It showed a pool in the photos. Pool was covered and hadn't be opened this season according to the desk. Price on sign was 44.95, online as 54, cost 65. Room smelled of cigarettes and the TV signal was so choppy and pixalted it was unwatchable. Beds stiff and uncomfortable. Basically I have nothing positive to say.

Worst place ever!! Didn’t even stay in room, place is so disgusting wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy.. has roaches , cigarettes burns everywhere place just needs to be shut down!!!

we booked the ‘best inn’ in alcoa for my sis in law and my niece. we were staying two buildings down at la quinta which was full. the best inn is actually called best western on the sign. they went to alcoa inn by mistake since ‘inn’ was part of the name. the man at the desk told them they had ‘changed the name’. DISGUSTING DIRTY PLACE there was a toilet outside two rooms down. two couches near the parking lot in the bushes. dead cockroaches on the floor of the room. the room was gross. dirty bathroom. cigarette ashes everywhere. disturbing brain level splatter of a stain behind the bathroom door. the door to the front desk is duck taped together. i cannot believe this type of place is allowed to rent rooms. i’m sure there were probably bed bugs if there were cockroaches. definitely prostitution and drug dealing in the parking lot at night. No thanks. i felt the need to shower after just looking at the rooms.

Paid for a room Found bed bugs. They sent us to another room which also had bed bugs. They advised us to come back the next day. We asked for our money back and they would not give it to us. We will report this to the local Health Department and file a claim for our payment.

The hotel was very old and run down, the room smelled smokey. Decided not to stay and took a flight home

I was supposed to stay here, but I did not stay. I make reservations for the kind of room that I want. If I am paying for a room I expect it to be the room that I was reserved for. I get here and I get to my room I reserved a king bed and smoking room. I see 2 double beds and no smoking. That is not good business at all.

My husband and I were spending a few days away from home, nowhere in particular to go, and we were very tired by day's end and just wanted a good night's sleep. I searched for a place on my phone and saw that this place was conveniently located and was the name of a place we had stayed before (NOT knowing the name had changed). When we arrived, we just decided to stay anyhow. The room looked okay to begin with, but the longer we stayed, the worse things got. We probably killed 20+ little bugs on the floor! Dirty cobwebs in the corners of the room. Furniture was stained. Cigarette burns on the side of the bath tub in what was suppose to be a non-smoking room. TV didn't work, but we were too tired and it was late so I didn't contact management. I checked the sheets and they appeared to be clean, so we tried to sleep. The rooms had thin walls....a thunderstorm woke us around 2:30 am, and being across the road from an airport, we could hear the planes coming in and taking off. We left the next morning ASAP and not a moment too soon for us! If that was the only place to stay for the night, next time I would sleep in my car!

It was near the airport and that is why I picked it. The toilet ran all night and loud noises from it. The bathroom door became locked when we shut it to not hear the noise. The office had to call a repair man which came with two large screw drivers and forced it open. He could not stop the toilet from running, said it needed a new part. Could hear the TV that ran all night long next door. Traffic from the road could be heard. The room did have a small Microwave and refrig. Also close to fast food places.

This is a disgusting Hotel! I was scared the whole time I was there. Riff Raff hanging around. Disgusting disgusting. I did not shower the whole time I felt like I was being watched. I changed underneath my nightgown. The most disgusting bedspreads I've ever seen.

Had smoking hole in pillow cases in a non smoking room. Beds not comfortable.
