Alcoa Inn

We had asked housekeeping twice botb days we were there to please vacuum the floor because our kids spilt a bag of chips and we didnt want it to be messy. They didnt come.back. also they didnt make our beds nor take any trash out and we have one in diapers so imagine how that smelt. I was so displeased. Wont be coming back.

Easily the dirtiest hotel I’ve ever been in. Floor was super nasty, the comforters had burn holes in them. I couldn’t even sleep well because I was concerned about bugs all night.

We arrived and while checking in a mouse ran over my girlfriend's foot. Trying to get into the room 3 swipe cards didn't work and manager had to use a manual key. Half the lights in the room worked, there were also multiple bugs throughout the room. Requested a refund through the manager and I still haven't seen it hit my account yet and it's been 2 days. Wouldn't recommend

Nasty motel. Bathrooms has mold, carpet is wet, not to mention you will be sharing the room with roaches and bedbugs. Worst place ive ever stayed, EVERYTHING YOU DONT WANT IN A MOTEL. OH YEAH AND DONT WORRY ABOUT ALERTING FRONT DESK. THEY ARE RUDE AND OBNOXIOUS

We were leaving our vehicle in the parking lot of this hotel while traveling to Maine, so we decided to spend the night there as we had a very early flight. It was horrible. It was so horrible I slept in my clothes directly on the top sheet while removing blankets and dirty spread. There was no ice. The blanket smelled and was torn with several holes in it. Three dead roaches were on the floor in the bathroom. I had my soda on the nightstand. As I reached for it, another roach crawled along the rim. It was so bad, that when I got to my destination in Maine, I washed everything and spent a long time taking a hot shower.

This place is in desperate need of improvement and cleaning. The room was smelly, tub was dirty, bed covers were full of cigarette burns. Not a nice place to stay. Find a better hotel.

A large group of friends were in town for a wedding. I myself stayed at the La Quinta Inn located directly behind the Alcoa Inn. My friend, based on finances selected the Alcoa Inn solely on price alone. She immediately regretted that decision. I walked over to get her as a group of us were gathering to go to dinner. I caught her as she was changing rooms for the second time. I never saw her first room but the second room was horrible. There is no way I would feel comfortable staying at this motel based on the cleanliness standard here. I get that it is an older motel but clean should be clean no matter how new or old a place is. I ended up paying the extra $35 for her second night to stay in the same hotel as us. I cannot believe they charge $55 per night for those rooms. Spend a little more and stay at one of the better hotels located within a walking distance to the Alcoa Inn. Trust me, you will thank me for this advice.

Sucked ass no breakfast as advertised

This was the dirties room i have been in, possible BED BUGS little is the draws. We ask and got a refund

Prior to booking, we confirmed all details, specific room, late check in, etc. We paid in advance. Upon arrival, we were told by the man at the front desk that he had given away our room because he wasn't sure we would show (even though we were very clear about our late arrival). However, he had a "jacuzzi room" available for twice the price. He also claimed that he had received no payments and we had to pay him on site. Of course, this was very late at night, so we had no other options. He did offer a slight discount, but refused to match the rate we had already been quoted and had paid in advance. He was also very rude and was actually yelling at us when we tried to understand the situation. So we finally get to the room and this place is disgusting. It smelled like smoke (we had booked a non-smoking room specifically), the trim around the walls was torn and falling off, the furniture was dirty and extremely worn, there was no transition between the tile and carpet, cigarette burn holes in the comforter, and two tiny lumps served as the pillows. I absolutely would never recommend this place to anyone. I wish we had just slept in our car rather than even step into this place, much less pay for it (twice!).
