room was dirty, a/c did not blowout at all. asked staff to assist in fixing the a/c issues came in took off front of unit propped it up in the corner and left. We stayed there last year thinking it would be ok, this year was horrible, we will never stay again

No that comfy. Very run down with out much TLC. Very noisy.

The absolute worst stay I have ever had. The gentleman at the desk wss completely rude and was literally yelling at me because he didn't liked where I parked. Completely unprofessional.

I was visiting the area for a couple of days to visit a friend of mine. I made a reservation several days in advance and was told that I could check-in whenever I arrived as long as it was the same day I reserved. However, when I got to the hotel I was told I could not check until 12am which was not concern considering it was 11:30pm. But, then when I could check-in I was told that my reservation was lost. The man working seemed to be unable to answer any question and I had and only assured me that he worked that shift. He did not attempt to look up my reservation or to remedy the problem. Terrible staff and they should be ashamed of themselves.

I booked a 2 double bed room, but the receptionist gave us a 1 king bed room, saying that was the only room he had. The way he treated the customers was very terrible. He started yelling at us. Some other customer came in between our conversation, and without any hesitation he told us to move aside. This is the most terrible experience I ever had.

We were trying to save a little and stay somewhere a little cheaper. However after my stay here I was willing to pay double somewhere else. The first glance of the room was ok, I mean I didn't expect a lot being that it was only $64. But as myself and my 8 year old son were laying on the bed watching tv, I saw a roach crawling on the night stand, we tried to catch it but never could. Then later walked in the bathroom, I turned on the light and bugs were running everywhere. At this point I went to the front dress and told them I would be expecting a refund for the next night bc the bugs. He then came to the room "physically" saw the dead bugs my son had stomped. And told me it was all in my head! Seriously!!!! They did give me the refund the next morning. I will never stay here again!!!!!!!!

Older hotel needs a few repairs, but overall okay and affordable

Had to find a very late last minute hotel due to an auto accident. If it had not been 2 AM I and we weren't stranded for the night I would have gone elsewhere. The room was small and not as clean as expected. The mattress to one of the beds was not even on the bed! It was standing on edge in the middle of the floor. The bathroom had a large hole behind the door and the room smelled of stale cigarette smoke.
