"It was decent"

"Overpriced Dump. Sad"

Room was Clean.

Bed was worn out. Couch was shot. One curtain sheer missing. Poor lighting. No carpeting. Floor felt sticky. Poorly painted. Shower floor was 2" of squishy felt unsafe. Towel storage was mounted IN the shower stall?fan stopped and started. Fire hazard. Spend More on Maintenance and less on Curry.
