Nice clean room.

Everything was great. Service is great and the staff is friendly. Perfect location to the campgrounds I was entertaining at.

The TV system sucks. Changing channel and finding anything is nearly impossible, but who watches TV channels anymore anyway. You should just get a Roku for every TV and tell the cable company you just need faster internet.

This is a very rundown property. Walked in and greeted by woman with no shoes and stained shirt. The lobby smelled of personal food being cooked. It permeated the place when we were brought to our room it smelled of smoke and was not clean. We walked back to the lobby and told them we would not be staying there. We were offered a room inside, but by this point, we were disgusted and chose to leave. We did not get our money back.

Basic accommodation.

When I reserved the reservation I reserved a king size bed. When I went the room the floor was so sticky my shoes were sticking to the floor. They moved us to a different room with a smaller bed not the king bed I requested. In the floors in that room were just as bad and the toilet wasn't clean properly. So I used their towels to wash their nasty floor and the toilet. Then they charged me for towels.. I was never notified about any other charges. I called the hotel on August 19th spoke to the lady that answered the phone. She told me it was because I stole towels. And hung up on me. They charged me over $350 for two nights stay. Plus a 50 towel fee. They accused to me of stealing towels. I have proof of pitches of us washing the floor with their towels that I left on the floor in that room when I left. So if anybody would like to rent a room at this place I strongly urge you not to. They might accuse you of stealing as well.

Staff was very friendly, place was clean and bed was comfortable.

On a noisy road. No elevator to second floor, so we opted for a first floor room. We upgraded to an interior room to try to cut the road noise, but the floor above us is apparently not well insulated and we heard every footstep and floor creak.

The place needs an upgrade severely ! We could hear the traffic most of night and our neighbor kept making phone calls and we could hear every conversation as if he were in the room with us . Couldn’t sleep so we left middle of night
