"Avoid - cleanliness is a huge issue"

My family just packed up and left. We didn’t spend the night. The place is rundown as it is and cleanliness is definitely an issue. When we arrived I had to ask for an extra sheet to cover the couch in because it was covered in dog hair and stains. Then we just opened it to make a bed for my five year old and holy foul - it was covered in food and bodily fluids and has clearly not been cleaned. We packed up immediately and are going to a new hotel. I would avoid this place at all costs.

Elevators were broken. My husband and I had to walk up the stairs with bags and my husband has a knee replacement. I told the front desk that my husband cannot walk up the stairs because of his knees we asked if there was anyone to help us to bring the bags up. They said no so we had to do it ourselves then when I got to the room, I realize that they only had one king bed and a couch. And my booking was supposed to be a King suite with a pullout couch because my son was with us.

"Everything was good except for the elevator which was broken and they were waiting for a part"

Breakfast was good location was good only 12 minutes away from my destination

The elevator was broken would not go up unless someone from your staff went up to bring it down said it needed apart and they were waiting for it

"The staff went out of their way to make us comfortable in a property that is not being maintained properly."

Room space and wonderful staff.

Not well maintained - needs a total rehab. The first floor elevator button didn’t work so staff had to run upstairs and bring it down.
