the staff was friendly. the room was comfortable . nice bed.

The lobby and rugs could use some updating

Great Clean hotel. Close to Atlantic City. Comfortable bed.

Was a little expensive. Buffet kept running out of food. But food was tasty.

The elevator on the left malfunctioned every day of our week stay. Sometimes the door didnt open. Sometimes the elevator let us off at a floor that wasnt our floor. We were concerned a few times the door wouldnt open. The chinese kids running upand down the hall was annoying especially when we saw the parents chasing them. The seating in the room definitely needs to be thrown out. Cushions were very worn. Dont replace cushions replace the couch entirely &seat. Everytime someone flush toiled near us ours ran a few times, hard to sleep with that going on. Toilet was very low just like the seating for some reason, why not have a regular toilet?

Property is dated. The room was big and kitchen was a bonus. Waited 10 minutes to check in because front desk lady was on her cell phone on a call. She didn’t even acknowledge me standing there. By the time she got off the phone there were 3 of us waiting to check in.

There was a bug on the toilet seat. The bath area wood vanity was in poor condition with signs of wear.

The staff was wonderful. There was no hot water.. tv remote didn’t work.. and couch cushions were dirty and ripped. Breakfast was plentiful tho.

They made new arrangements for me.

Breakfast was good.The breakfast person was excellent and worked at a fast pace.

carpet under bathroom sink should have been replaced 5years ago.....the one curtain could not pulled closed.........rooms need updating
