The location

Didn’t like anything about it the lighting around the swimming pool that you had to walk around every night to get back to the room was terrible couldn’t drink their coffee. It was disgusting ants on the dining room tables. rubbish piled up out the front. it looks dated and needs a facelift also staff not very friendly swimming pool out the back on the first week was slimy. I wouldn’t even let my dog swim in it but they did clean it the second week.

Location was good

We were there 3 days. They didn’t clean our room and change the bedding & towels. We tried several times to get them to clean it. Also we had 2 treatments in the spa and they overcharged us and I didn’t get the treatment I wanted. Due to the lack of English I kept telling her and she after. She also booked me in for 2pm and when I got there she said they are just going to dinner.

Daytime staff were brilliant and helpful. Night reception was a cowboy who demanded 400 Turkish Lirra for making a call to my room. Otherwise I couldn’t fault the staff or facilities

Lovely location on the waterfront and walking distance to shops and restaurants.
