Great hotel for what you need. Friendly and attentive staff with a nice spa / sauna on site, in a nice quiet area with access to all you need with just a short walking distance.

The location of this property is the only positive. Right on the River and a very short walk to the facilities of Dalyan.

The hotel is very tired and needs some money and TLC. The majority of the staff are indifferent. They have really let the hotel go donwhill. It is very reasonably priced, but you still expect it to be clean and a ncie experience. What a shame.

Quietness and relative remoteness from the center. Descent spa and pools.

Breakfast is awful and has not at all improved. Poor pastry, very few veggies and absolutely no fruits. We thought it was due to late coming, but certainly not. Staff (except the maids, the barman and spa personnel) are not welcoming at all. Seems like I was even charged extra night, which I figured out only now, after return.

Pools were great, property is in great location in relation to town. Rooms are great, however considering they have kitchens in them provide no amenities such as kettles or plates etc. Turkish bath in property is lovely.

Room aircon was broken from the 2 night we arrived. We had service men out twice on consecutive days to try and fix it. We were told to move rooms at 8pm on a night 1 day before we flew home with a 2 year old. When we asked just to sleep in a different room for the night so we didn’t have to pack and move everything was told this was not possible and we had to move rooms. We explained we would not move all our belongings they wanted our original room key. Tired to explain if they had someone coming to fix the aircon the next day we would just leave the belongings in the original room, sleep in a new room for the night then go back to our own room if the aircon was fixed. The offered no help in moving the cot from one room to the next, when I asked for the cot to be moved was told this is not possible. I appreciate the tried to get service men to fix the issue but the staffs attitude in moving rooms and what they expected us to be doing late in an evening with a toddler the day before we flew home was totally unfair.

The Pools were clean and great for swimming. Lots of sun beds. Beds were comfortable and room was spacious.

Great location. Few minutes walking into town. Right by the river. Great spa.

The breakfast is not great

Good location just off the strip. Nice and quiet and the rooms were perfect although in need of glasses and a kettle!

Breakfast was shocking. No fruit, fruit juice, cereal and the tea was stewed to writhing an inch of its life. The breakfast was not catered for English. Just Turkish. The staff don’t speak English or understand a word you say so download google translate before you go!
