Location good, staff very nice & helpful

Unfortunately the front Room 1 had a single glazed window. The noise from people outside the door smoking was a nightmare and woke up Sunday 6.00am to a very strong smell of weed coming through the window. If the window was sound proofed it would be great. Spoke to lady on check out who was really understanding and understood I was not complaining just letting her know.

Warmly greeted and accomodated. Room was big and cozy. Close to shops and tourist attractions

No lift. We were lucky not to bring heavy luggages.

Comfortable beds

Noisy location in the city. Other people in the property very noisy and inconsiderate when going in and out and moving around. Bathroom very small for a people.

Great location, easy to walk everywhere. Staff were so friendly and helpful. Our triple room was perfect for 3 friends. Plenty of room and they even decorated our room as we were celebrating a special birthday. Would definitely recommend and would definitely stay again.

Great location—very close to the pier, shops, and the sea. The staff were polite and very helpful during the day.

The room didn’t feel very secure as the door had no latch, and there was no staff on-site from 9 PM to 8 AM. Also, the shower was extremely small and quite uncomfortable. Good for the location, but some improvements are needed
