"Lovely place and location!!"

Lovely location and not too far to the motorway. Owners were very friendly and helpful. Lovely and clean and comfortable!

Room was a little cold as the heating was off and we only had 1 teabag but we had plenty of extra blankets for our beds.

"Really lovely, would recommend."

Carmen and Steve are such lovely people. Very accommodating and friendly. We stayed at Burnt House Farm as a group of 3 girls as we were going to Summerfest in Weston-super-Mare which was 25 mins away. Very clean and tidy rooms, everything we needed and the breakfast was lovely too.

The only thing was that the room was cold when we came back from the festival, but there was plenty of blankets and bedding to keep us warm.

"Ideal for family short or long stay very peaceful and relaxing."

The hosts were very friendly and helpful throughout the entire process. The annex room was well equipped with very comfortable bed and large TV. Kitchen and bathroom facilities where clean and functional. Breakfast was included and was excellent.

Everything was as it should be. There were no disappointments at all.

Just lovely. What you'd expect from a country B and B.

Everything really. I've used this line before but I stay away a great deal and normally end up in high end hotels. I'd rather stay in traditional B and Bs like this any time.

"Comfortable stay in a lovely off the beaten track part of the world."

I don't eat breakfast so Steve made me a Bacon sandwich to take with me. Carmen brought me a glass of cool OJ before departed which went down a treat. The room was a good size plenty of storage space comfy double bed. The bathroom was very good well appointed and well lit. Extra milk available in the hallway fridge should I need it, or I guess if I was staying I cold have put my oat milk in there or kept cool bottles of water. Proper Keys that just work instead of keycards which I hate!! Parking was good and such a quiet part of the world..

I thought the room needed some TLC to bring it up to an excellent standard. There was a chair that could've been cleaned and repainted and the dresser was a bit dated along with some of the pictures. But I was there for work so not really an issue, if I were staying a few days with my wife then these things would've been an issue for her.
