The Westin Xiamen

非吸煙房住進去還有殘餘煙味令人難以呼吸，空間密閉無法開窗，扣分。床很舒服，服務人員都友善服務反應迅速，泳池乾淨，周邊購物用餐方便，是還不錯的飯店選擇。

一如既往的舒適，雖然不是新酒店但維護的很好，櫃檯CI迅速、房間乾淨、房務打掃認真，讓我下次一定會再選擇這酒店入住

Poorly managed hotel since Pre Covid. This is my first visit since Covid restrictions were lifted. The hotel service and staff have degraded to a point where I will ask my company to remove Westin from the list of corporate hotels. Rooms smelled musty and staff spoke very little English for a major hotel chain. Food service took too long at the Spanish restaurant and food quality just average. I checked into the room and checked out within 2 hours for the W Hotel.

the rooms were a good size and beds relatively comfortable. 3 restaurants was nice.

the room would not cool to below 22 even though the air conditioning was set to 18. the pool is incredibly shallow and I had to buy a swimming cap to simply go in the water. carpets are quite dirty throughout the property.

Everything was great. Friendly staff.

staff could be a bit better. They are less accommodating to westerners, than they used to be. I stayed here before about 3.5 years ago and it was much better

Luxury hotel with nice City center location. Convenient for business. Good english speaking staff. Spacious Rooms, Great bed size and confort. On room dining limited choice but delicious. Breakfast with différent options, some not tasty regarding viennoiseries. Clean, confortable. Nice expérience.

After 3 years visiting again, the service is still good. I still like to stay this hotel in Xiamen though the room is quite old. The swimming pool is good however, it is advised to prepare for some bottles of water on the table.
