Great hotel, great location for family with kids too.

酒店硬體設備佳，服務人員也非常熱情誠懇

I checked in around 1:30 pm and the staff said room is not ready yet and suggested us to have lunch and then will follow up and get the room ready asap and will telephone us. After lunch (more than 1.5 hour)we came back , the room still not ready and the staff didn't offer any help at all. Since we had something to do in the afternoon so we went out without check in until evening. I stayed this hotel so many times before and I find the service is worse than before and the room is smaller than before

部屋に備え付けのドライヤーが、温風に成らず送風状態にしか成らなかった。

房間很大，個人清潔用品整全，很貼心。住的是雙人雙床房，床很大，床褥舒適。整體房間清潔整齊。唯一要改善的就是水龍頭出水量比較弱，其他的都很滿意。

地點好。客房優。早餐中等

員工質素很高，服務態度很好亦很有 禮貌。而大堂及住房都很整潆，不錯 的酒店，下次來厦門仍会選威斯汀。

Hi, 1. the receptionist wasn't able to find my bookings; 2. one of the male receptionists wasn't able to understand when I wanted to book the hotel limousine to the airport. it is these simple things that may frustrate the guest especially when the guest was in a hurry. Other than the above, overall is quite good.
