This was the worst experience I have ever encountered with room conditions and costumer service in my life. Staff was knowingly unhelpful, spiteful, and lacked basic understanding for inconveniences the hotel placed on us as guests including hours checking in due to inability to locate reservations, reservation found under completely different name raising concerns with personal and financial information, lack of concern with uncleanliness and unkept condition of the room, and provided ZERO recification for issues experienced.

"Don’t bother staying here. "

Non smoking room was penetrated with the smell of smoke both cigarette and marijuana. The toilet wasn’t flushed upon arrival. The bed had clean sheets, but the comforter looked dingy and had cigarette burns on it. The whole place also reales of humidity and mold. The bathroom clearly had mold strapped and growing on the cracks where there were fixtures missing and where the grout and silicone had been peeled or was missing. AC unit also didn’t work, and the sad excuse of a ceiling fan was on the lowest setting and was barely holding onto the ceiling for its life.

property need to be shut down . safety hazard missing electrical wall plates , missing plumbing fixtures ect . just dirty in general with no refund. photos are not up to date .

"Worst stay ever in RGV"

Had to change rooms 3 times cause of one miss happen or another. Finally wheh we got a room shower had plastic bag wrapped around the neck from the wall. Roachfest Look like blood one floor. Just not happy at all.
