I checked in sometime around 9 PM. Of course the hotel lobby was closed due they say to Covid [lol] so I had to shout to the guy registering me, whose first language was not English, across two plexi glass windows. Not a warm welcome. I was given no wi-fi password, and when I tried to call the desk to get the password, wait for it, the phone in the room did not work. I rate between a B minus or C plus.

The place was not kept up as it should of been. The bed had stains before I got there. Lamps and other things were broken or not working. Everything seemed stained.

I didn't like anything about this property. Sheets were stained. Holes on walls. Bad smell. Terrible customer service. Sketchy people around the area. Very unsafe. Spend $10 more and book anything else but this property. I've never left a harsh review, but I feel I must warn others.

The A/C in the room kept freezing up, the ceiling fan had an annoying humming sound. The batteries in the tv remote were dead and when I asked for some new ones, they gave me missmatched used batteries that were dead as well. I will never stay there again.
