I didn't like how everything was broken and they did not want to correct anything and then the last night I stayed there I paid for the room and Expedia canceled it and had my handicap wife in her walker sitting outside for 4 hours until I had to go pull money out for my account to pay cash because Expedia did not do anything quick enough to take care of this problem Expedia and they're not resolve nothing not even giving me my $75 voucher back

It was clean but it could’ve been better. Must’ve gotten wrong rooms ready because our towels weren’t ready and TV setup was awkward had to operate it manually. Next time will pay for more stay in different motel.

The staff was helpful and the bed comfortable. The bed had a tablecloth like “blanket,” there was no iron or ironing board and the only one they had was old and scratched up. The blow drier stopped working Galway through use. There where signs for an ice maker but there was no ice maker to be found. The tray in the room was from super 8. For the price of the room we could have stayed anywhere else and had the basic accommodations that should be expected from a hotel/inn.

I had a family emergency so me staying in that hotel was my only option. My brother in law got his room in the same hotel for 51$a night as a walk up . Me as a walk-in the front desk was charging me 80$ . I was it better if I booked on line for 63$ wit a discount for another trip I took. My room was just something else .my brother in laws room was way more in better condition then mines. It was frustrating & all kids of emotions.

The room was the most disgusting thing I’ve ever seen. We almost left but had no money to get another room elsewhere. And it was 1 am. Burn holes and marks everywhere. Rust and grime on the shower head. Broken everything basically.

"No TP in my restroom "

The restroom did not have toilet paper so I had to go to lobby and ask for some. When I was finally able to use the restroom, the toilet was broken. No other rooms were available so I had to wait for maintenance to fix the issue, which I'm thankful they were able to! Other than that, everything else went smoothly.
