"Roomy, comfy, clean, bungalows; excellent location, access to shuttle"

Location was ideal. Walking distance to Lake Louise. Has access to transportation company for shutle to Moraine Lake.

The lighting in the room is not bright enough.

"Fabulous stay close to Lake Louise but not in the village. Amazing facilities and staff."

The location and facilities were fabulous. Staff were extremely accommodating and we were able to use the clean laundry facilities easily.

"Too expensive for old style hotel"

Room size is big for family.

The hotel is not responsible for any kitchen's dishes cleaning so a customer has to make sure to clean any cups, bowls...for using, however ther is no diswasher or no dishwashing liquis...and looks like a customer need to prpare them before check in the hotel? It is kind of difficult for us staying two days there.

"Amazing place"

Everything. Super cozy cabin with all you need. Peaceful. Nice landscape.

Nothing really. The girl at check in could have been friendlier. Other staff were all very nice.

"Sehr schöne Cabins an sehr guter Lage"

Die „Cabins“‘sind sehr schön und sehr gemütlich eingerichtet. Auch alles sehr sauber. War alles etwas kleiner als erwartet, trotz der hohen Preise. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet und man kann sehr gut dort kochen. Kleiner Spielplatz für Kinder vorhanden, was wir toll fanden. Auf der Anlage einige Sitzgelegenheiten, die man bei schönem Wetter nutzen könnte (hatten leider Regen). Toller Shuttle-Service für den Morraine Lake. In 10 Min. am Lake Louise und weitere Sehenswürdigkeiten gut erreichbar. Freundliches Personal. Housekeeping verfügbar. Möglichkeit zu waschen ($ 3 [etwas teurer als sonst] pro Waschgang und 1.50 für Dryer).

Etwas dunkles Licht und teilweise schiefe Böden. Etwas wenig Stauraum für Koffer etc.

Lovely setting and ideal location to get to the nearby lakes. Recommend hiring the electric bikes from the lodge and cycling up to moraine lake.
