The location is ideal! We were able to use the trail system to walk to Lake Louise (just under 1 mi from door step to Lake shore) -- avoiding parking and shuttle hassles! The pour-over coffee and fresh dairy were a bonus!

We enjoyed everything about our stay. The price was a bit steep -- especially since we stayed prior to the busy summer season, but for the location it was on-par with other lodging options.

Location was beautiful. Absolutely perfect. Room was well done, and clean. Exceeded expectations

The knock on the door early in the morning to ask us if we wanted service, was well, a little early. There are numbered spots, and my car was visible from the door. We were obviously there. I had not put their bear (the bear has a note on him that says do not disturb) out the night before, for two reasons. First, we did want service. Just not before 9am. Second, there was a sign on the bear that said i would be charged if he went missing. There was no other sign to put out as a Do not Disturb. Frankly, where i come from, you dont put anything out that you dont want stolen. So the bear is a cool idea, but just causes more problems. If that is all i have to complain about, then it must have been a nice place. ….and it was. We enjoyed our stay. And enjoyed the good coffee in the morning.

The staff were really welcoming and friendly. The site looks great and is well maintained. The apartment we stayed in had a lovely balcony with a great view and it had everything we needed in it... Housekeeping staff were really friendly and very thorough... really loved staying here.

Die Unterkunft (Two bedroom lodge) war für vier Personen klein, es gab eine Küchenzeile im Flur, aber keine gute Sitzgelegenheit zum Essen.
