Paradise Lodge and Bungalows

Loved our room, the balcony, the fire place and the complimentary porridge, granola bars and coffee! Easy walk to Lake Louise which saves money on parking!

That we couldn’t stay longer!

My stay exceeded all expectations. First, the location: the property is, as advertised, about a mile away from Lake Louise. This made it easy to visit the lake via the road or tramline without having to take a bus or pay the exorbitant parking fee. Despite being near the road, the area is quiet and peaceful, and we had a beautiful mountain view from our balcony every day. Second, the property itself: the room was comfortable and well equipped. As other reviewers mention, it’s so nice having the coffee, milk, and sugar. Having the microwave, mini fridge, toaster, and various utensils was a huge plus, as it allowed us to grocery shop in town and mostly cook for ourselves rather than eating out at the lackluster restaurants nearby. It was also nice to have outdoor seating areas. Third, the staff: I was surprised that housekeeping came every day to resupply our coffee, bring fresh towels, and put the stuffed moose into funny new positions. I wasn’t expecting to have someone cleaning up after me, but it was a huge perk. All my interactions with staff were lovely and warm, and really added the cherry on top to my stay.

I could imagine the bungalow getting hot in the summer without air conditioning. We were warm some nights, but were able to remedy that by just opening the windows.

Molto rumoroso il frigo in camera, prenotazione per 4 persone abbiamo trovato un divano letto molto scomodo e rumoroso

Everything was great except the satellite TV didn't work. We weren't there to watch tv though so it was fine.

Great location for lake Louise

Loved the balcony and view.

Fire pit had to be put out by 8pm
