Baan KanTiang See Villas (2 bedroom villas)

I had an amazing stay at Baan KanTiang See Villas. The resort is beautiful, with the most wonderful view over the beach and sea. The sunsets from our balcony was to die for. The resort felt clean, and the service was impeccable. The reception was just one Whatsapp message away, and they fixed taxi, takeaway, laundry and other services. It really made us feel taken care of, and it made exploring the area much easier. The rest of the staff were also very helpful, for example the gardner came and helped us with the parasol when he saw that we were struggeling. The villas were spacious, and had necessary equipment. It was extremely clean, and the staff did some light cleaning everyday. From the bedrooms we also had a beautiful view, and every morning it felt like we woke up in paradise. I cannot recommend this resort enough. It truly was amazing. I would love to go back! The nearby services were also good, there were fantastic restaurants, the beach was close by, some bars, tourist informations, 7/11 etc. The food in the area was amazing, we really had some great meals.

My friends and I had the best time there! The pool is so nice with a great view and the staff is very helpful! The villas have everything you need and we enjoyed spending time there. Also the sunsets are very nice from home! Also the villas are on top of a hill, but with motorcycles it is not a problem and the staff also helps you book taxi if you need help going somewhere! We would love to go back!

We rented a villa over Christmas and New Year, and we could not be happier! The villa was great, with all amenities , and the view over the bay is just amazing! The hosts and staff are super friendly and helpful. The bay and village is not "touristy" at all, which we found very pleasant, and great for a family holiday. The days we weren't busy, going on boat trips or other excursions, we could relax on the spaciuos deck whilst the children spent hours on end in the infinity pool. We highly recommend this resort and will be visiting again for sure.

We've had a lovely stay at the Red Villa. It was an AMAZING view, nice and clean villas and a very helpful host at the place. The pool was clean and had a good temperature. It's a very steep road from the beach to the villas and there are no reel options for grocery shopping (except a small 7-11) within walking distance, but if you have a rented scooter thats not a problem. There are some cozy restaurants within walking distance. The beach is nice and not very crowded. Be careful with the monkeys nearby the Villas, they are very near-going and aggressive if you carry any kind of visible food or food-loking bags.

Allting var mycket bra, det enda negativa var att avståndet till stranden är lite längre än vad som framgick innan. Riktigt fint läge med magisk utsikt och otrolig service!

This is an absolute gem! The view is amazing, the villas are lovely, spacious, beautifully structured and designed. The only obstacle is the food: since there are no restaurants on site, any meals must be transported up the steep hill (or, if you like cooking, you stock the fridge and prepare your own food). But the absence of restaurants also adds to the private, calm and serene atmosphere.

As many have said the property’s are on a very steep hill. But don’t let that put you off these bungalows are awesome. They are very spacious and very clean. One of the best properties I have stayed in. Many additional touches in the bungalows make it feel very loved. I would highly recommend staying. Perhaps just budget some taxis when returning back for the day. Only costs 200 bhat well worth it.

This is a perfect place for relaxing. The view from the villa is stunning and surroundings are very quiet, but there is still some restaurants near by. Villa was very clean and the cleaners even cleaned up my electric toothbrush. Only minus is that when its windy it can be quite noisy inside the apartment

The place is really special which is why this is my 3rd visits and already planning my 4th. The villas are totally amazing and have everything that you may require while you are away. A lovely huge balcony makes watching the sunrise and sunset something special. The pool area is lovely with incredible views and lovely and quiet. There is a big hill from the main road to the villa however, it’s a small sacrifice for the incredible views you get. I did send a a few emails before I arrived but never got a reply so maybe a problem with the system so may be better to call. The staff are amazing and super friendly and cannot be any more helpfully from reception, to cleaners and the maintenance team. Each and everyone are amazing and work hard to keep the villas and communal areas looking and running at its best. The location is also a big favourite of mine. The local restaurants and bars all offer great food and service no matter which one you choose. You are spilt for choice there are so many great places to dine with super friendly faces. I can’t wait to come back again soon. Thank you to the owners and staff that make our stay so special
