"Best hospitality, staff, and experience ever!"

Mike (valet), the front desk staff (Jaiden), and everyone present the evening of March 1st and morning of March 2nd have given us nothing less than the best experience possible. The dinner and brunch menu had something for everyone and came with a lot of food. My boyfriend and I could have split one meal! The drinks were perfectly made and it was clear to see the dining and bar staff were invested in their art. The band that played the evening of 3/1 was impeccable. I hope to have them at my wedding one day! The lobby was so comfortable and welcoming! We loved sitting there with the family just talking and catching up on life. With how crazy the world has been lately, it felt wonderful to be in a warm space that was full of love. Thank you so much to Coury Hospitality and the Ambassador Hotel staff, for providing the best experience for my boyfriend and I. We will look for CH wherever we go.

A very old and outdated property, AC is loud and noisy and I asked for a quieter room. Elevators very slow and front door is heavy, no doorman to help. Asked for extra blanket and couldn’t really find me a blanket, odd. Just a poor experience and not sure why their ratings are high. Definitely not a 5 star but maybe a 3 star at best.

Both the staff and stay were great. Very comfortable and clean. We love Marriott as whole but this stay was special. The restaurant was great too. Special shout outs to Mike at the front door (he was so helpful) AND the blond headed waitress (we don’t recall her name) in our Jan 30 and 31 breakfast visits - these are both amazing employees.
