Des was very helpful and kind. I felt very welcomed. I felt like my car was in good hands. Me and my wife had a great conversation with Des. Overall great kid. Great service. Id recommend too anyone. I will come back with family and friends. Got my vehicle back quickly and efficiently.

I had a truly lovely stay at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome and taken care of. The room was clean, cozy, and had everything I needed. What really stood out was the warmth and friendliness of everyone—from the front desk to housekeeping. It’s clear they genuinely care about their guests. I left feeling rested and grateful. The valet who serviced me, Desmond Nalls, was charming and made me feel secure and welcomed. I’d definitely come back and recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful, pleasant stay.

I had an Amazing stay here! The workers were amazing. I had a lovely conversation with a young man Named Desmond, very kind and has a great smile. The hotel was beautiful with great services, comfortable beds, clean rooms. I will definitely be coming back in the future.

Great stay. Nice hotel. Very close to TMobile center and Power and Light District. No complaints. Will definitely stay here again.

Mike in Valet did amazing. He packed up all my bags when it was time for me to go home and he was so helpful when it came to parking. Make sure you ask for Mike whenever you need valet service at the ambassador hotel. Thank you Mike again Tai Ramphal

We had a lovely stay at this hotel. It’s been a while since we have stayed at a “nicer” hotel, so it was a nice treat. We were in town for the Big 12 women’s tournament, and the location was perfect. The room was beautiful, the bed comfy and quiet. The coffee was weird (“fancy” pod/nespresso type machine) but they had free coffee in the lobby. Our checkin person was lovely— easy to check in early, and they promised if we stayed late they wouldn’t charge a second day for parking (so nice not to have a hotel trying to nickel and dime for parking like they do in Denver!). The parking was also easy, which was nice to not have that as a hassle.

Young lady by the name of “Nia” was extremely helpful with my stay yesterday and her manners were perfect. She did everything needed and asked and made my stay very easy. She solved all issues and problems I had in a timely manner. Definitely will be coming back here just for the service provided. If you come here and you use vallet, I definitely recommend you ask for Nia!!
