Binnenterras was vies (vogelpoep, rommelig)

Very handy location ,Hotel was OK but could have done with a spruce up and a more thorough clean . Continental type Breakfast was good.

Reception person could be a little more jovial and welcoming. Its a very nice building which could be a little more welcoming if spruced up a bit

De locatie was pal in het centrum.. Zeer vriendelijke behulpzame uitbater. Kamer was op de gelijkvloers.

Ontbijt was voldoende maar basic. Koude gedateerde eetzaal. Kamer was klein , koud en vochtig. Badkamer was redelijk. Geen ijskastje op de kamer. Geen thee of koffie faciliteiten noch water op de kamer.

Well located and main breakfast room was good

Checkin was 4pm and ee arrived about midday. Even though i rang and asked if we could store bags till 4PM the answer was no. The room needed a few simple things done to make it better. Tea making facilities a small fridge and the shower curtain rail was held in place with duct tape, the rail fell down and next day they just added more tape. It didn't work. We paid 150 euro per night, just spend a few of those euros and fix the simple things.

Position

Breakfast was very limiting with little change during our stay.

Location

Dirty miserable room and dated bathroom. Toilet not flushing. No kettle or tea facility. Old damp towels. Poor breakfast. un co-operative host. Extremely overpriced.
