"Je betaald veel te veel voor hetgeen je krijgt."

Het was niet naar mijn verwachtingen, de kamer was te klein. Het bed was niet goed, de badkamer was slecht onderhouden.

De kamer was te klein, het onderhoud aan het hotel zelf is slecht. Veel stof in de eetruimte, vuile tafelbekleding, schotels waar het eten op lag was slecht afgewassen, eigenlijk te veel om op te noemen.

We had a wonderful stay and would happily return. The hotel is in a fantastic location, just a short walk from the centre of Ypres, making it perfect for exploring the town and local attractions. The host was extremely welcoming and took the time to explain everything we needed to know on arrival, which made us feel comfortable straight away. A real bonus was being able to find on-street parking directly outside the hotel, which made things so much easier. Our room was spotless, comfortable, and well maintained throughout our stay. We also really enjoyed the breakfast each morning, with a good selection and a relaxing atmosphere to start the day. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely stay here again when visiting the area.

We had no issues with the property.

fehlende Birnen in den Lampen zerrissenes Bettlaken nicht funktionierender Fernseher Verbot, privates Essen an den Tischen im Hof zu essen Reaktion an der Rezeption auf Hinweis auf defekten Fernseher : Achselzucken und " That``s normal " Frühstück enttäuschend
