Lamplighter Motel

It could have been cool. We thought we scored got a family room it was clean and nice the pullout was unsleepable and it was like the size of a tiny loveseat so you couldn't sleep on it not pulled out either . Then the bathroom flooded at 11 pm an hour later a matainence man came and put towels all around floor then tub flooded with sewage. They didn't move us my feet got wet with toilet water when I used bathroom in night. Lots of drug activity also

Once I got out of my car at the parking lot, I was hit by the most terrible smell coming from the lake and some guests drinking beer outside of their room. The front desk will talk to you from a small window, not trying to be at least a little bit nice. Although I was surprised to see 3 queen size beds in our room, everything else was unclean, the couch had tons of stains on it, there were big cobwebs hanging from the walls, the towels were really thin and cheap, and the provided toiletries not so good either. Not to count the amount of sketchy people hanging out at the parking lot and stairs. Unfortunately, my family and I didn’t have a good experience staying at this hotel/motel.

All night long into the early morning hours people arguing and screaming at each other in multiple rooms. I had to sleep with a firearm because I felt like someone was gonna try to commit a Robery or steal a car . And I was not gonna be a victim. I left at 5 am because these jerks kept the fighting going the entire time .

Run. This place is in a sketchy area. Rooms are dated. Paper thin towels and old beds. Room was not made and then manager wanted to give me $10 cash. Would not recommend. Stay at the Best Western - more money but at least it’s not a dump.

They kicked me out being discriminative

Stayed here overnight on a two-day cycling tour with friends. Quite and clean, with easy walking distance of a nice little Mexican restaurant.

Very efficient.

The walls are very thin. The top blanket was really dirty it had brown and white stuff all over it.

Key positive was cleanliness of beds and bathroom. Room itself was run down. Biggest gripe was WiFi signal which was so weak as to be barely useable - definitely couldn’t stream anything and frequently disconnected.

this property was right in the lake but is a bit run down.
